Lose lots of Weight and Feel Fabulous the Right Way

It is the never ending cycle...also known as dieting, and every year someone comes up with the latest and greatest diet that is guaranteed to show results! But...here is the problem with some of the more popular diets out there...they are not teaching what you should eat and what you shouldn't...these diets are still allowing you to eat the foods that cause cravings and gain weight; hence they stay in business...they allow you to have smaller portions and have cheat days etc...
So here I am to tell you how to lose those pounds fast and feel fabulous...
First lets change your focus from a weight loss diet..because as soon as you go on a diet you want to eat everything and you think you are starving to death within 5 min. of your decision to go on the diet.
Your focus needs to be on your health and what you are doing to your body. Your focus needs to be on how fabulous you will feel and how much energy you WILL have, instead of feeling like the brain dead zombie you are now because of all the crap you are filling your body with. Or worse the disease's that are manifesting in your body because of your current eating habits.
So no the first week of this is not going to be easy, but it will be worth it and that is a guarantee!!
I don't pull any punches with health and the first thing you need to do is cut out sugar..all of it, not limit your portions of it...cut it out!!! Sugar is food for cancer in case you weren't aware..as are artificial sweetners so cut them out too.
But all is not lost and you will stop craving it if you continue to follow..And here is a general guideline of how I lost over 15 lbs in 3 weeks and went from feeling blah to exhilarated!!
First thing in the morning
Warm glass of lemon water
30 min ish later....breakfast...fruit smoothie a big one with a cup of tea
smoothie consisted of almond milk, vanilla vegetable protein powder, blueberries, strawberries, greens mix and any other mixed berry I felt like adding...this is a huge smoothie

snack- fruit and almonds- I don't limit my fruit

Lunch- a huge salad with every kind of vegetable known to man or a veggie wrap(no cheese) with avocado and tomatoes, cucumbers etc... with a delicious sea salt and olive oil dressing

Snack- veggies and hummus

Supper- quinoa salad or couscous salad(internet has loads of recipes) with lots of veggies chick peas..or a bean salad with a veggie salad
I don't limit my consumption of vegetables or fruits in the morning
I drink loads of water through out the day and I follow an exercise program that includes lots of cardio- I always tell my clients if you want to improve your cardio and loose alot of weight ...Run.

this is a guideline and you can use whatever fruits and veg you want; however, do not mix melons with the other fruits as they have conflicting enzymes.
One treat I do allow myself is raw chocolate or if that is not available dark chocolate over 70% and organic.
After following this you will find you no longer crave what you used to because you are satisfying what the body needs.

Peeling the Onion Always Makes Us Cry

OK So you've hit a wall, whatever that wall may be... your in a funk, you've stopped exercising, you fell off the wagon of sorts and feel like everything is falling apart...well while your in this funk try paying attention to what is going on around you, to the people you are meeting, the things they are saying, your thoughts(no matter how painful)..This funk may just be a sign for you to slow down and listen...take stock of your life and where you are headed...peeling the onion always makes us cry...but under each layer is a fresh and revitalized you with new ideas,a brighter and wiser outlook on life. It is in these funks that we learn the most about ourselves as painful as that may be at times. So stop listen and be aware...I also believe that once we have mastered the art of awareness these funks will cease or at least manifest less.

Look for the Lesson so Your Time wasn't a Total waste

It has been said that the people who come into our lives and the situations we encounter happen to teach us something. I do believe we can learn something from people and I have certainly been tested on several occasions; however, I am not a believer in that this whole thing is already planned out and I would have to believe that if I believed people were brought to us for a reason. No I believe we are the co creators of our existence and because there are so many of us we run into the creation of others as well for which at that time we are tested. Which was the case for me yesterday when I encountered the most opinionated, demanding, narrow minded, and who really could be summed up as "princess" I have ever met in my life. I have to say that was one of the most challenging hours I have had the misfortune of having to participate in and an hour of my time I can't get back so I must look at the lesson and the test of patience that I was put through in order to ensure it wasn't a total waste. It really was a test in patience and understanding.
A quote from this lovely lady and part of the  conversation of yesterday "oh I hate hippies, there all like so green...blah". and she further went on to call people idiots who voted NDP and then how certain holistic measures were all placebo..Oh My God. But here is what I thought as she spewed...."This is one of the most negative, unhappy people I have ever met, and I feel sorry for her". I did say to her that "you can not debate politics, religion or really anything because the whole of our existence and what we believe is based on our own personal experience and our interpretations of data"...she said "no that is wrong" ...
So I will take the lesson from the hour...or more the test..because at one time in my life I may have argued with her about the merrits of social justice, and holistic medicine and this toxic society but considering she is over hear head toxic it would have been mute.
When encountering these kind of people remember it is they who are unhappy not you..express what you feel and what you believe but do not argue as you won't win and what is winning anyway...and do not wear their energy and negativity as it has nothing to do with you..show compassion because those are the ones who need it most, and be thankful when your time in their company is over ;)

The Story of a Fighter

The C word..oh how I hate that word and all it encompasses. I have heard that word far to often in my family and it has taken the lives of those I love without mercy, without discrimination even taking my lovely cousin at the age of 29.
Two years ago that black cloud again loomed over my families heads when we received the news that my dad had cancer..my dad..let me tell you about my dad..strong as an ox, 6'3 230 lbs, the matriarch of the family..my rock. Well my rock was brought down that day but was determined to fight it and do what he could to make sure it didn't take him like it took the others. He underwent risky surgery, so risky in fact that my mom, brother, sister and I all said our good byes to him before he had surgery because his chances of survival were slim. The morning of the surgery was very gloomy, not only in our hearts but outside as well...rainy, gray..cold. Dad went in for the surgery and 2 hours later the dr. came in to tell us that not only did dad survive but that he felt he got all the cancer...YIPEE!!! we all cried and laughed at the same time it was such a feeling of joy and relief..I still had my dad, I wasn't ready to lose him yet. Dad came home a week later to balloons and cards and phone calls from our very loving family all so happy they hadn't lost uncle charlie. Well this feeling lasted until his 6 month check up when we received some devastating news that the cancer had come back..."But" the dr. said although there are no more operations to be had the cancer is small and you(charlie) could die of old age before the cancer takes you..so as much as the news was not what we wanted it wasn't a death sentence so we go on with life as best as we can...
Summer time rolled in and my parents were planning their retirement years so they decided to buy what they have always wanted..a fifth wheel and lease a lot on a lake..all was great..Until...June 2 and dad was waiting impatiently for his fifth wheel to be delivered when the man who was delivering it called and said he was a bit lost..but would find his way..well patience was never my dads strong suit so he decided to go and find him...
40 min later and no dad back, the man with the fifth wheel pulled up...but no dad   "Where the hell is dad"...we called my mom to see if she had heard.."NO"...The phone rings, and this is what I heard
"Your dad has been in a serious car accident and is in the hospital"....."NOOOOOO!!!!"
We race down and see my dad lying there in a drug induced coma, bloody, half his ear torn off, his head swollen so much it didn't even look like my dad...he went into surgery and when he came out of surgery he remained in a coma..for 16 days..we took turns by his bed side coaxing him to please be ok and come back to us, that we loved him so much and wanted him to try to live...he woke up on the 16th day but wasn't out of the woods and wasn't making a whole lot of sense but there was that hope again..or was it just his will to live, for the next 24 days he focused on coming home..he couldn't talk or walk well and he didn't make much sense..but what he did know is he wanted to come home..and that is what he repeated day in and day out..."HOME"..on the 40th day he came home. The first few weeks were great, he was happy to be home, but then the depression sunk in and the side effects I think of the pills, and the fact of what he just went through and that he couldn't do all the things that this strong man used to do..well that was 11 months ago now and he has been on an emotional roller coaster ever since. It has been really hard for us, but it is even harder for him...But it isn't over..oh no
Today we received another blow to our hearts...he has been having a lot of pain lately and we were hoping it was because he took up golf again and he just had some muscle soreness...OH NO OF COURSE NOT..
His Cancer has spread and is now in his bones...stage 4...FUCK!!!!
Now we wait until the 20th to see what the prognosis is.. and he says he will keep fighting...he doesn't want to leave his family...
I moved away from my family (but that is another story) but not because I necessarily wanted to and not to far, but far enough that I can't hug him and that is really hard right now but I will manifest the resources somehow that I need to go home and see him often...But he is a fighter...I have no doubt he will fight hard...I am thinking positive thoughts for him..but I am afraid he may be getting tired and I don't blame him..

Detoxify Your Life...

Are you in the right place at the right time in your life or are you in the "right" place due to how you are feeling in the current time and it may not necessarily feel or be "right". Things happen in life that take you to places both physically and mentally and yes they are usually in direct correlation to how you are feeling at least that has been my experience. So what do you do when you find yourself in the not so right place...well you look at your surroundings the people you are with the substances you are ingesting and you start detoxifying and yes that includes people, places and things..anything that is toxic to you as a person needs to be removed. It may be hard but if you want to be whole and happy it is necessary.

An ounce of Prevention is Worth a Pound of Cure!!

Tested Your PH Lately?



A healthy body lives in a slightly alkaline state which is a higher PH level, and a body that either is or will be in a state of disease will live in an acidic state which is a lower PH level. Cancers, infections, fatigue, and a whole host of other issues develop as a result of the body being in an acidic state so it is very important to test your bodies PH levels regularly so you can repair it before real health issues take hold of your body.
Testing your PH level is as easy as going to the health food store and purchasing test strips. Each kit contains instructions as well as a chart to measure your levels, the bodies normal PH levels are between 6.4-7.5 with 6.4 being slightly acidic so it this is the case in your situation it is just a matter of changing your diet..i.e. adding more greens, water, fruit and subtracting things like caffeine, sugar, flours, and soft drinks. It may be difficult at first but not as difficult as living with depression, chronic fatigue, or worse...Cancer.

What Is Truth??And How Can Yours Be Debated ??

I always find it interesting listening to people argue and debate about religion, politics, legal issues, spirituality and anything personal really because how can either side win such an argument?? Truths are simply something that resonates with you based on your perceptions and interpretations. We are all individual so we all have individual truths we will find those who share similar beliefs but we will never agree on everything because we are individuals...and this is great..so instead of arguing and debating and trying to get others to believe in one thing we should accept and appreciate the differences. If a point of view or opinion doesn't resonate with you it doesn't mean it is wrong..I mean really the whole basis of humanity is uncertain so how can there really be any certainties at all???So just be and let others just be. I find others beliefs to be quite interesting and it gives me something to think about not argue about.

How to Feel and Look Youthful



There are people in certain cultures who are climbing trees, running, smiling, feeling vibrant and strong and looking very youthful as well right into their 70's. So what is wrong with this western culture(although there are plenty of people who fit the above category in the west as well)? Quite simply, the west is toxic. The following are some guidelines on how to reverse the damage and remain youthful in body and mind...

1. Antioxidants: these little beauties kill the free radicals that are trying to destroy cells, cause cancer, make us look old, and turn our brains to zombie brains. So where do we find these you say..well in fruits, vegetables, dark green leafy veggies. Citrus fruits are a great source of Vitamin C.
2. Supplements: unfortunately no matter what some may say the fruits and vegetables we get today just are so lacking in nutritional value that I feel it is essential to supplement and I recommend a good Greens supplement with Spirulina and Chlorella as well as a good multi vitamin and mineral and don't forget the Calcium and Vitamin D.
3. Water, Water, Water...drink lots of water to flush the toxins from your body and to lubricate the joints. Water is so essential for proper functioning and so many of us don't drink enough. Do you ever get headaches and don't know why..well it is probably because you are dehydrated. Drink water.
4. Exercise....Cardiovascular exercise ie. brisk walking, running, treadmill, exercise bike, hike, elliptical, a class, whatever you enjoy doing for 20-30 minutes continually to elevate your heart rate daily is GREAT!! your body will utilize oxygen, your heart will be more efficient your whole system will function better and you will find you have more ENERGY.
5. Weight bearing exercise or resistance training- do this 2x per week keep your muscles strong- your posture upright, your bones healthy...if you can't do the typical weight bearing exercises that is ok there are alternative...for example, swimming is a great resistance exercise.
6. YOGA- get connected to yourself and build strong muscles at the same time...stretch keep your muscles long, keep blood flowing to your organs, I can't say enough about YOGA...
7. Cut out sugar!!! and foods high in saturated fats...these are NO NO's.
8. Meditate daily..by calming the mind we eliminate alot of the stress associated with thinking to much which eliminates the hormones that are released as a result of being stressed.
9. Think and feel young...Enjoy Your life...Live, Love and Laugh!!!!laughter is great medicine
10. Sex is good for you too...and so is Chocolate(raw dark chocolate is loaded with antioxidants)

When and How to Surrender To Obtain What YOU Really Want

There comes a time when we must accept the fact that in order to move forward and obtain inner peace and contentment we must stop fighting and surrender. When I say surrender I don't mean give up...NO! I mean we must surrender to the universe and trust that all we have to do is think and feel it and the universe will provide it, instead of thinking of what we want and beating ourselves up and getting stressed out because we don't have ]it and don't know how to obtain it..Instead just let go and trust the universe will provide you with all you need to feel content and joyous. I know it is hard to surrender I still struggle with it and there are times I worry but it is when I start worrying that I get what I need to continue to worry so the following is an excerpt from my book and a mantra that I like to say and it really calms me down and puts me back on track...and in trust:

"I am responsible for everything in cooperation with the universe,,it has been my choice to either surrender or hang on and this has taken me to where I am today. I take full responsibility for myself and my life as it is at this moment.
I am now surrendering my negative thoughts and feelings and worries about life and myself and what will or won't happen, I must get excited about my life and trust that the universe will provide me with everything I need to maintain how I choose to feel and think in this moment and I am grateful for all my blessings.
After saying this take a deep breath, relax feel content in knowing the universe is with you and not against you... meditate on this feeling for as long as you can.

You Are Exactly What You Think YOU Are....Who Do YOU Think YOU Are?

"What you think about you bring about" such a profoundly true statement..just as profound as "You are what you eat"-but that is for another post. Thoughts are energy creating your life..think about it, think about your life and your beliefs and you will see you have created the life you currently have..and sometimes without even knowing it..thanks to your subconscious trying to stick to your old programming and thought patterns.
Most of your beliefs and thoughts about yourself were created in childhood due to the fact that children are little sponges soaking up not only what is said directly to them and about them, but the beliefs the significant people our life's held. So if you think negatively about yourself and so far do not have the life you really desire and are not the person you want to be it is not your fault...but there is no need to drudge up sad stories of your past or hold grudges..remember this is a cycle that keeps repeating...but it doesn't need to keep repeating and it is not to late to change your life..all you have to do is change your mind.
YOU are the creator of your life so create the life you really want be the person you know you are meant to be...others do it and they are no more special than you..we are all energy beings equally capable of doing great things.
 Here is how to create your best life ever by reprogramming your subconscious and consistency is key because your subconscious will try to revert back to old programming so always be aware of your thoughts and feelings, catch it in the act..ok here we go..positive affirmations every day morning and night during the day if you need to...Actually what I really recommend is a mind power bootcamp so to speak- this is when you go away for a couple days..leaving your issues behind and meditate on who you are..
The key to meditation and affirmations is to feel...feel the freedom abundance would bring, feel the joy love brings..ok now hold onto the feeling all day. Here are some of my personal affirmations:
I am grateful for the abundant life I am blessed with
I am grateful for the love that constantly surrounds me
I am grateful my immune system is strong and I am healthy in body, mind and spirit
I am connected to the abundance of the universe
I am grateful for the freedom wealth has provided me
I love and accept myself unconditionally
I am not afraid to ask for what I want because I deserve to have a wonderful life
After the affirmations are spoken..meditate on the feeling of freedom or love that has been invoked..as long as you like..do this morning and night for a month and you will be presented with opportunities in keeping with your new way of thinking...enjoy it because you deserve it. It is our right to be happy..so live your bliss.
One very interesting form of manifestation that I have personally used is EFT..it is wonderful.
Oh YEAH...And every morning wake up and say "This is going to be the best day ever" and feel the joy..carry it with you all day and be aware of even the small things that happen....

Tarot Cards...The Misunderstood Tool of The Universe

I've always been interested in Tarot cards(The women on my grandmothers side of the family were said to "have the sight")..actually anything metaphysical but especially the Tarot. The feedback regarding Tarot, palmistry, tea readings etc has been mixed but it is clear that people do not fully understand the Tarot and are actually afraid or very cynical about the practice;So, please let me clarify what being able to read the cards does mean...
The meaning of the cards when pulled is simply an indication of what is going on in the querants life at the time of the reading in relation to their thought process at the present time and the tarot readers ability to make the connection to the individuals connection to the universe...The meanings can change as the persons thoughts change...as the saying goes "nothing is set in stone", it is simply guidance on what has happened, what is happening and what will happen if the individual remains in the current state at the time of the reading.
What happens for me when I am pulling cards is I shuffle and shuffle and think of the querant the question some information about the individual and I wait until I feel the pull and sometimes this takes a while but I must have the feeling. My son will phone me from work and say "can you pull a card right away" and because I know him so well the cards are a great tool for him.

Slow Down The Aging Process......

I am not growing old gracefully I can tell you that much so I am always researching and looking for the perfect food, herb, and natural anti aging remedy and so far I think what I am doing is working...which is ingesting good clean food, staying very active, doing regular detox's, drinking tons of water, meditating and trying to maintain a state of low stress. I can honestly say at 39 years old I have never felt belt not even when I was 20 did I have this much energy or feel this great so why not pass it on right? Here is a list of herbs that are known for improving circulation and detoxing the liver thereby getting rid of toxins in the body that can build up and make us feel and look older then we are.

Yes Chocolate is a Superfood....



Yes you can eat chocolate and not feel quilty, actually you will feel the exact opposite if you eat raw chocolate- known for it's bliss enhancing effects and here is why:

*Raw chocolate is rich in magnesium which enhances brain and digestive functioning
*Contains Anandamide- the bliss chemical
*High in Phenylethlyamine- the love drug
*Raw Cocoa Powder has no chemicals- so you won't feel like you have been drugged or in a fog

So enjoy the following recipe knowing you are doing your body Great!!

1/2 cup Raw Chocolate Powder
1/2 cup Cocoa Butter
1/2 cup raw honey- or 1/3 cup agave nectar
tsp vanilla
add coconut, almonds, walnuts- what ever nuts you enjoy
put ingredients into a bowl, place bowl in boiling water and allow powder and butter to melt together.
Press into a pan-
Optional- spread almond butter and real raspberry puree on top when still warm- put into fridge to cool

Foods to Keep You Looking and Feeling Young

Beans...A fabulous food to eat at any age to maintain your youthful appearance and great health


Beans are brimming with folate—a vitamin that women need before and during pregnancy to prevent birth defects. One cup boasts about 200 to 300 micrograms, depending on the variety. Folate (and folic acid, the form used in dietary supplements and fortified foods) is so important for mothers-to-be because it helps produce DNA and form healthy new cells. As with iron, the daily recommendation for folate is highest during your childbearing years (400 mcg/day). The only other times it’s higher is during pregnancy (600 mcg/day) and lactation (500 mcg/day). Nutrition experts advise pregnant women, and those planning to get pregnant, to get 400 micrograms of folic acid from supplements and fortified foods—in addition to eating folate-rich foods.

Other ways to get folate: Green leafy vegetables like spinach (1/2 cup cooked = 121 mcg) and citrus fruits (a cup of OJ = 110 mcg) are also rich in folate. Fortified foods, such as bread, pasta, flour, breakfast cereal and rice, can contain as much as 700 micrograms per serving, although most fall in the 300 to 400 mcg range.

What is Success???



I don't really appreciate the fact that every time someone speaks of a successful person or the media portrays a successful person it is always spoken in terms of how much wealth they have acquired or their position in life as compared to someone else. I don't like this because it is not a man or woman's wealth and standing that decide their self worth, and it creates a huge pressure amongst people to be something they don't want or to feel bad about things they may not be or have.This societal definition is being passed on from generation to generation, instead of parents saying "success is being happy and content with your life and yourself" (which would cause a growth spurt of successful people) they are saying "Your not going to be successful unless you have a certain career, house, family etc" this is creating the opposite effect in society. This is why society is in the state it is in because we have placed our self worth on things..so people are always looking outside of themselves for worth when they should be looking inside and living from there..society would be so much more successful and functional.
In order to live from your authentic self you must determine what success means to YOU..write it down and then achieve it. There is no right or wrong here there is only You and Your dreams so don't let the expectations of another stand in the way of your happiness...Be content and happy with who you are and always come from a place of self love.

Master The Law of Attraction..Become a Powerful Manifester



I believe in the law of attraction and have witnessed it throughout my life. There are so many variables involved in the cooperation process between you and the universe and a couple of the variables missing in the talks that I have attended and in some of the books I have read are very key ingredients and those would be 1. What we are ingesting 2. How we care for our bodies
What do these have to do with the law of attraction you say...well...If you are ingesting toxins you are not feeling well or thinking clearly, you may be fuzzy and toxins in the foods and medications people consume cause negative physiological effects on our brain like depression, anxiety, allergies etc...so if you are toxic you will be unable to think and be clear the way you need to be when practicing the law of attraction.
Taking care of our bodies...basically the same idea, if you are sick you are not clear so if you are not taking care of your body it will eventually begin to break down.
However if you are ingesting good, clean food, exercising and loving your body very positive physiological reactions will take place; which, will enable you to experience very positive and powerful results...I know I have been on both sides of the fence and as soon as I started ingesting for the purpose of clarity...my manifestation skills enhanced 100x. I am a personal trainer and have witnessed this in my clients as well so it is time to become whole don't you think?

Success = Following Your Dreams NO Matter What Others Say- True Story

This is a true story which is still unfolding and one in which I am very grateful to have and continue to watch unfold.
This story started when a young boy - 5 to be exact decided he was going to be a fashion designer and an artist and let me tell you the clothes this boy could design and draw when he was 5 were incredible they weren't just the triangle dress on a stick person.OH NO, these were intricate drawings of women - who looked like women, wearing beautiful gowns complete with accessories- I was shocked when he showed me them and asked "would you wear these?" - he was 5. and I sincerely, answered "Yes".
Needless to say when a young boy is into drawing women and clothing and not into typical "boy" things life can be a bit stressful and may make some pretend they like things they don't or don't like things they do...NOT this boy he continued being him, he was the colorful dalmatian amongst the black and white ones.
As he grew into a teenager he maintained who he was, never faltering and when he was 14 years old he decided he wanted to go to Parsons School of design and live in New York- "Ok" I said "then that is what you will do" he would design and design and the fabulous part was he would design something and then you would see it on the run way- fashion tv was always on- after he designed it and he was 14. It wasn't easy for him to maintain but he did.
He is 19 years now and he has a fashion blog- for which he was contacted by some top designers in New York to blog about their line- which he did and was able to have a phone interview with them as well.
We also have since moved to a larger city so he can make some connections with people like himself and 1 month after we arrived he secured employment with a company he has wanted to work for since he was a 15 years old, they also have stores in New York and due to his hard work over the past 4 months they have promoted him to Assistant Manager. He has also submitted drawings for their review and still maintains that he will be going to New York and be a very successful fashion designer.
I believe he will too.

Happy, Content...Independant...That is All There Is...

We spend the majority of our time worrying and hurrying and for what...in the end when all is said and done what will it have mattered? will it have mattered that you had a nice house, fancy car, new clothes, more money, more friends, more of what ever it is you thought you needed more of? No it won't. So we spend all this time and effort worrying and stressing and never feeling satisfied - and that being because the universe will always bring you more of what you need to help you continue to feel the way you do.....When you are faced with your own mortality what matters most is what is in your heart and who you loved that is what matters. I know because I have been faced with my own on more then one occasion and I will tell you the only thing I could think about were the people I loved and what I prayed for was not to "Please let me see my car or my house one more time", no it was "Please don't take me from my son, let me tell my family I love them, let me see my little people grow up and be happy" that is what came into my head.
So be content and happy now because it is all you really have and it is all that really matters and remember the universe will always bring you more of what you need to help you continue to feel the way you do.And remember happiness is relative to your own experience so live independently of the judgments and thoughts of others. I feel content now even when times are challenging I feel content because I get through it much easier and quicker.

The Quest...

The quest...we're all on it and yet how we get there is all relative. So what is this quest I speak of, well the quest for inner peace and happiness. No matter what a person is doing be it career wise or personal their motive is always because they want to feel satisfied, happy or it gives them a sense of peace inside. Whether others agree with the means of achieving is always a discussion and sometimes a source of discontent amongst many. Can we really find calm in the chaos? I think so we just have to live independent of the judgment of others and as long as you are coming from a place of love for humanity and the earth their judgments are of no consequence to you so be free..and you will achieve what you are looking for; which is inside of you already. The quest for some is so difficult because they are seeking outside of themselves always and as long as you do this your quest will never end.

It Is In The Nothingness Where You Will Find Everything

How to find inner peace amongst the chaos, love in the confusion, trust in the unknown, freedom in oppression?
You will find it in the stillness.Go for a walk in the forest and observe the harmony in nature, the beauty and the stillness surrounding the beauty..but in this stillness is life because as we know there really is no space at all so when you look at everything observe the nothingness and realize the whole universe is contained in that nothingness and when you observe the nothingness remember to stay in the moment and every moment because there are only moments, there is no past, there is no future..there is only now and nows to come and past nows and nothing lasts, everything changes..and it is in the stillness that you discover who you really are..it is in the stillness that you feel who you really are and it is in letting go of the noise that you find peace and happiness..it is bringing those feelings into each moment and realizing that everything is as it should be in each moment that you will find contentment. It is when you surrender to the universe and stop stressing out and trying so hard to do this and that to find what you will not find because you are so attached to what it is you think you should find or have that you lose sight of what it is your supposed to have and be..so just be and allow the universe to take care of everything..this is after all where you came from..so just be and see what comes to you when you find inner peace..the worrying hasn't really been working all that well so why not let go and see if that works better.
